We ask that you pick up after your dogs on the lawn and/or in the vineyard.  Guests will be responsible for the cost of any damages caused by pets.

Due to Washington State Health Codes, pets are not allowed inside the Tasting Rooms, but are more than welcome at our outdoor seating areas

Quiet Enjoyment

Guests shall be entitled to the quiet enjoyment of the rental unit. Any disturbance resulting in police action, neighborhood complaints or any violation of the rules and regulations is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of your stay with no refund.

Wildlife

The vineyard is filled with lots of fun animals from the coyote that howls at a full moon to the little mouse that is hoping you leave crumbs, to snakes that hope you do not see them at all. To avoid unwanted visitors, we encourage guests to put all dirty dishes and garbage away in a timely fashion.  Most snakes that we find at the vineyard are not poisonous.

However, there is the occasional rattlesnake.  Rattlesnakes are poisonous and if you are bit, you need to seek medical assistance immediately. Given our distance from town we encourage anyone who has been injured for any reason to find a ride and head to the Prosser Memorial Hospital. There are emergency services that can be called out by accessing 911 in the event of a situation where you are unable to drive, but it usually takes a while (approximately 45 minutes).
