We are remotely located so while we are paying for each Tiny House to have wifi it is not always as reliable as we would hope so we recommend guests be happily surprised if it is working rather than disappointed should it not be working well.

Now for your beloved pets, we know you love them but in order to preserve the tiny houses, mattresses, and those with allergies, we ask you to do a few things if bringing along your dog.

#1 You must let us know in advance you are bringing a pet with you.

#2 Please note there is a $50.00 non-refundable pet deposit per pet. (Only dogs under 40lbs,  potty trained and fairly social.)

#3 They are allowed in the houses but still not on the bed or furniture and we ask that you pick up after your dogs on the lawn and/or in the vineyard.

We thank you in advance for your understanding.

The vineyard is filled with lots of fun animals from the coyote that howls at a full moon to the little mouse that is hoping you leave crumbs, to snakes that hope you do not see them at all. To avoid unwanted visitors, we encourage guests to put all dirty dishes and garbage away in a timely fashion.  Most snakes that we find at the vineyard are not poisonous.  However, there is the occasional rattlesnake.  Rattlesnakes are poisonous and if you are bit, you need to seek medical assistance immediately. Given our distance from town we encourage anyone who has been injured for any reason to find a ride and head to the Prosser Memorial Hospital. There are emergency services that can be called out by accessing 911 in the event of a situation where you are unable to drive, but it usually takes a while (approximately 45 minutes).

There is a propane BBQ complete with a “grill kit” on each deck. We ask that dirty dishes be brought inside to help keep the little critters away. For guests who are staying more than one night and find that they would like to wash dishes, you will find everything you need under the sink.

Your mini fridge is stocked with a few essential condiments as well as coffee. A cooler is always recommended for large amounts of food that needs to stay refrigerated. We have also included a French press for the perfect cup of coffee to wake up with. There is also a gas stove in each tiny house.

We have tap water for drinking but if you prefer bottled, please bring your own supply.

There is an air conditioner in each tiny house, along with a space heater, and oscillating fan for your convenience. Both the air conditioning units and the fans have remote controls and we ask that you leave them there upon your departure.

The tiny houses are set up with power and running water (via shower and sinks).

Besides enjoying the peaceful beauty of the Tiny Houses and Destiny Ridge Vineyard, we are located directly above the beautiful Columbia River and wonderful park, Crow Butte Park. This park provides water access for boats and a swimming area. The boat ramp is open year round.

Our 243-acre estate vineyard is located on the bluffs overlooking the majestic Columbia River, in the highly recognized Horse Haven Hills Appellation. On these steep bluffs overlooking the beautiful Columbia River. 17 grape varietals are currently grown. The first vines for Destiny Ridge Vineyard’s were planted in the fall of 1998. Within the vineyard lie four different soil types, each producing unique flavors and characteristics. The soils and micro-climates of Destiny Ridge Vineyard in the Horse Heaven Hills appellation has shown to favor many varietals. Tours of the vineyard are available by appointment.

Other than a small selection of snacks in each Tiny House there is no food provided or located nearby so we encourage guests to pick up groceries prior to arriving and design your own menu while staying with us. For those of you not interested in cooking there are 2 small restaurants located along hwy 14 (1 in Paterson & 1 in Roosevelt) but they have a very limited menu & intermittent hours that change with the season so we like to warn everyone to be aware that the nearest “real” restaurants are located approximately 45 miles away in the neighboring towns of Prosser, Tri-Cities, or Yakima.

We have tap water for drinking but if you prefer bottled, please bring your own supply.

We are located in the Horse Heaven Hills AVA of Washington State. Our vineyard is located along the Columbia River in south central Washington State. We are approximately 45 minutes from any major town/city.
